We provide in-person exercise classes, live online sessions, and access to our well-equipped fitness room. The exercise room is available Monday through Friday. The exercise room has treadmills, elliptical machines, a rowing machine, stationary bikes, free weights and weight machines. Street shoes are prohibited, please bring clean gym shoes to put on.

Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm
Friday: 8am-3pm
$2 Seniors / $4 Non-Seniors
