Tai Chi (In-Person)

This gentle, low-impact class is a great way to improve your balance, agility and flexibility while releasing stress. Tai chi is a type of martial arts and is a series of slow, flowing movements great for treating or preventing injuries. Greg’s class is very beginner friendly, so don’t worry if you have never done tai chi before!
No equipment needed.
This class is will be offered in May Park, and will move inside if weather does not allow outside practice.
