Greg is out, but we will still be holding our Tai Chi class with instructor Ken! This gentle, low-impact class is a great way to improve your balance, agility, and flexibility while releasing stress. Tai chi is a type of martial art and is a series of slow, flowing movements that are great for treating or preventing injuries. This class is beginner-friendly, so don’t worry if you have never done tai chi before!
