Pilates on the TV

Michaela is out for this week’s Pilates class, but don’t worry—we will have a Pilates class on the TV in its place. So don’t miss your weekly workout; join us for Pilates on the TV.  Pilates is a great way to develop core strength, stability, and flexibility. Because the class is on the TV, there will be NO Zoom class this week.

You will need a yoga mat, an exercise band, a small ball, and arm weights of 1, 2, or 3 lbs.
