When Michaela is gone, we don’t cancel Pilates! Join us for a Pilates class on the television and don’t miss your weekly class. Pilates is a great way to develop core strength, stability, and flexibility.
You will need a yoga mat, an exercise band, a small ball, and arm weights of 1, 2, or 3 lbs.
There will be no Zoom on days with Pilates on the TV.
