Pilates on the TV

This week, Michaela will be out. Because of this, there will be no Zoom classes this week. We will still have an in-person class by watching a Pilates video on the TV! Pilates is a great way to develop core strength, stability, and flexibility. Please join us if you can!

You will need a yoga mat, an exercise band, a small ball, and arm weights of 1, 2, or 3 lbs.
