Chair Yoga

Join Julie McLaurin for this low-intensity workout. Chair yoga modifies yoga poses so they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. This month, Chair Yoga will be outside on the North End lawn of the Senior Center so our yogis can enjoy the summer sun!
