Beginning Bootcamp in Wilson

Join Alice Widdess to build strength and confidence while improving your fitness in this class. We all work at our levels with motivating, fun music. The class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. This hour-long group class combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. It is full of variety that challenges the mind and body while alternating between timed intervals of low-intensity cardio, upper-body strength exercises using hand weights and resistance bands, and lower-body strength exercises using resistance bands as well as our own body weight for resistance.

This class is held at the Old Wilson Schoolhouse in Wilson.
