Melissa has spent the last 18 years working in both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing with seniors and their families. Most recently, she was in a regional capacity traveling to multiple centers across the state of Maryland. Through her work in institutional settings, she sees a huge benefit of supporting seniors staying in their homes. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys football (yes, she is a Ravens fan!) and hiking with her dog Scout.
