Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a gentle form of martial arts with slow, controlled, low-impact movements. Tai chi can help seniors feel steadier on their feet as well as improving their hand eye coordination. It's also great for anyone looking to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and get gentle aerobic exercise. Tai Chi classes are 1 hour.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga typically involves only five or six poses and is great for newcomers to yoga. Participants use props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Most poses are held for 5 minutes or more, and include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle stretching. Restorative yoga classes are 1 hour.

Mahjong
Mahjong is a great game to keep your brain sharp and supercharged! Players match tiles at a table with up to four other people, so it's a fun social event as well. Mahjong groups meet once a week and games usually last about 2 hours. Suggested contribution is $1 person.
