DESCRIPTION:Julie will be out this week\, and regular class is cancelled but don’t worry! We will provide a chair yoga class on the fitness room TV so you can still get your stretch on! Chair yoga modifies yoga poses so they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions.

DESCRIPTION:Join Alice Widdess to build strength and confidence while improving your fitness in this class. We all work at our levels with motivating\, fun music. The class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. This hour-long group class combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. It is full of variety that challenges the mind and body while alternating between timed intervals of low-intensity cardio\, upper-body strength exercises using hand weights and resistance bands\, and lower-body strength exercises using resistance bands as well as our own body weight for resistance. \nThis class is held at the Old Wilson Schoolhouse in Wilson.
