Yoga for Strength (In-Person)

Join Jo for her popular Yoga for Strength class! This class combines traditional yoga postures with strength training exercises to increase stability, balance and strength.
This class is only offered in-person. Our in-person classes are capped at 8 participants so everyone can stay spaced 6 ft apart. If you would like to reserve your spot, please call 733-7300 to sign-up.
