Yoga for Strength (In-Person and Online)

Join Jo for her popular Yoga for Strength class! This class combines traditional yoga postures with strength training exercises to increase stability, balance and strength.
This class is offered in-person and online. Our in-person classes are capped at 8 participants so everyone can stay spaced 6 ft apart.
