Jo’s beloved Yoga Basics class has returned! This in-person class is perfect for someone who is new to yoga or needs a refresher after months away.
Our classes are capped at 8 participants so that everyone can be spaced out 6 feet. You are welcome to sign-up ahead of time by calling 733-7300 to reserve your spot.
