Join the Senior Center and Teton County Parks & Rec at the Rec Center as we kick off the summer in celebration of senior health & fitness. From E-bikes, to fitness stations and raffle prizes for all, it is guaranteed to be a great time!

8:30 – ReFit in the gym
9:00 – Aqua Aerobics
10:30 – Music! Giveaways, Nutrition & Diabetes counseling! E-bike demos!
11:30 Fitness stations – Rev & Flow, Yoga, Tai Chi, Functional Fitness and more!
12:30 Lunch pick up at the Senior Center
Senior lunches are compliments of Rocky Mountain Bank. Please sign up for a lunch by 3pm on Tuesday, May 25th.
