Jenny is another Wyoming native and moved to Jackson in 1978 from her hometown of Rock Springs. She earned her degree in Retail Merchandising from Atlanta’s Bauder College. Jenny retired from accounting in 2015 when she went to work at River Rock Assisted Living as a cook and serving the residential seniors. In 2017, Jenny decided to go back to her roots “counting the beans” and became the Bookkeeper for the Senior Center of Jackson Hole. Jenny is married to a 4th generation Jackson native and they raised two children and have 5 grandchildren. Jenny and her husband love cooking and great food. They spend the winter perfecting their recipes and in the summer you can find Jenny on Jackson Lake.
