Yoga Basics for Everyone

An event every week that begins at 10:15 on Thursday, repeating until October 31, 2020
This class is all about listening to your body, modifying each pose to your own self, and learning yoga basics. You will leave each class feeling stretched and restored. Suitable for all levels, the instructor will modify each class to the needs in the room. Poses can be done on a chair, using the wall/counter, or directly on the mat. The Senior Center provides yoga mats and other props for use during class or you can bring your own. Wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in. Yoga for Basics for Everyone classes are 1 hour.
