Current medical research supports the importance of weight training for older adults. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or never picked up a weight , this class is for you! Weights and More is basic strength training class for active participants using weights to create strength, stability , and balance. The first half of class will be focused on safe but challenging weight training exercises . The remainder of class will be a basic yoga class to promote strength and agility. Please wear athletic shoes.
