Restorative Yoga with Jill

Wind down for the evening with Jill’s Restorative Yoga class. She will offer 45 minutes of traditional restorative yoga, followed by a 15 minute guided meditation.
What you will need: a yoga mat, a towel, and yoga blocks (or books).
