Pilates with Michaela

Join Michaela’s popular pilates class! Pilates is a great way to develop core strength, stability and flexibility. This class is a great way to get (or stay!) strong this winter!
What you will need: a yoga mat, an exercise band, a small ball and arm weights of 1, 2 or 3 lbs.
Don’t have home exercise equipment? Use these instead!
Exercise band – belt or strap
Exercise ball – small pillow
Arm weights – cans of soup, water bottles or jugs of milk
Yoga block – books
