Join Michaela Ellingson for her popular pilates class offered in May Park, next to the Senior Center.

The material you will need for this class is: a yoga mat, light hand weights, and an exercise band. Bring these things if you have them.
Please remember that you will need to maintain 6 ft of distance at all times during the class. Masks will be encouraged before and after the class as participants move around, especially if you need to interact with myself to purchase a punch card or the instructor for any reason from less than 6 ft away. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
