Functional Movement Fitness

An event every week that begins at 9:00 on Thursday, repeating until October 31, 2020
Thursdays at 9:00 am. Think of this class as your “personal training workout”! This class utilizes interval training and functional movement to provide a total fitness workout. Interval training combines cardiovascular, strength, and agility segments for 45 minutes followed by a cool down. A great class for active participants who want a challenging but safe workout! Jo Warden will instruct this class. Jo has degrees in nursing and exercise science. She is a certified functional movement specialist and certified personal trainer.
