Functional Movement Fitness in May Park

Join Jo Warden for a class that uses interval training and weights to get your heart rate up and keep you strong so you can keep doing what you love! The class will begin at 9 am in May Park, please meet there.

The material you will need for this class is: a yoga mat, hand weights, stability ball. Bring these things if you have them.
Please remember that you will need to maintain 6 ft of distance at all times during the class. Masks will be encouraged before and after the class as participants move around, especially if you need to interact with myself to purchase a punch card or the instructor for any reason from less than 6 ft away. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
