Dinner with a Doc

Please join us for an evening discussing an anti-inflammatory diet presented by Hannah Tripp, RDN, LD. Hannah is a registered dietitian and wellness coordinator at St. John’s Medical Center. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University and completed her dietetic internship through Pepperdine University.
Topics will include:
- Components of an anti-inflammatory diet
- The relationship between food and inflammation
- Foods to limit to avoid increasing inflammation
Dinner is provided by the St. John’s Wellness Department for seniors. Cost is $8 for non-seniors. Menu will include:
Spinach Mushroom Salad
Mediterranean Fish (w/ tomatoes)
