Chef Ian McGregor is teaching our next online cooking class.  We will be creating a winter squash and chicken enchiladas.  The real treat is making our own enchilada sauce! Reservations are required by January 19th.  Suggested contribution for seniors is $25. Ingredient list and zoom link will be given out by January 21st.
