Culinary Class: Wyoming Heritage Grains, Biscuits, Jam, Oh my!

Sara Wood from Wyoming Heritage Grains will give folks a history and virtual tour of her 5th generation family farm and discuss the heirloom grain varieties she’s chosen to grow, mill and preserve in the high desert climate of Ralston, Wyoming.
Sara will also demonstrate making her favorite biscuit recipe. If there’s time, we will learn some tricks about making jam as well!
The suggested contribution for seniors is $15. Please call the Senior Center ahead of time to sign-up. This class is offered online.
