Culinary Class: Marinara & Braised Meatballs

Chef Jason Mitchell will teach us how to make a delicious marinara with braised meatballs, a fresh salad and homemade vinaigrette.
Jason is a Professor of Culinary Arts at Central Wyoming College. He has traveled the world as a private chef and restaurant consultant. He also started the Grand Table-The Show About Music and Food on Jackson Hole Community Radio. Jason knows how to make some truly delicious food and is excited to share his knowledge with you!
