MollyBreslin, triathlon coach, fitness instructor, and nurse will teach you to incorporate balance practice and improvement techniques into your every day activities without having to go to a class or a gym. Use these skills throughout your daily routine, both outdoors and indoors! No matter what level you are at physically, this workshop can be tailored to you. The workshop will incorporate props such as agility ladders, balance disks, and hiking poles to help you learn these techniques. We will hold 2 sessions of this workshop: 1 pm – 2 pm and 2 pm – 3 pm.
